Youth ages 8-14 participate in 45 minute classes that focus on teaching them the principles of lifting weights correctly and safely.
Whether your child is a beginner, or has some experience our classes are designed to meet them at their level. We offer a progressive curriculum that continually tracks and improve their skills.
Contrary to widespread myths, weightlifting does NOT stunt children's growth. It actually enhances their bone density and promotes not only physical growth but more importantly boosts their hormones and improves self confidence.
We create a positive and enjoyable learning environment where kids can thrive and have fun while learning the art of weightlifting.
Teens age 14-18 participate in 45 to 1 hour long classes that prepare young athletes with a comprehensive training experience that prepares them for success in D1 college sports and beyond.
Our program focuses on teaching proper technique and form, ensuring that athletes perform exercises safely and efficiently to build maximum strength and power output. A strong foundation in weightlifting not only improves athletic performance but also reduces risk of injuries during intense competitions.
We understand the demands of balancing academics and athletics and our program promotes time management skills and discipline that are essential for student-athletes to thrive both in their athletic and academic pursuits.
Finally, our high school weightlifting program serves as a platform for college recruitment. With 81% of D1 colleges incorporating Olympic weightlifting into their training programs, our athletes have an advantage in catching the attention of college coaches. We strive to create opportunities for our athletes to be noticed and considered for scholarships and D1 colleges.
Omnia is proud to be an official USA Weightlifting Club. Through this governing body our athletes can compete at the national and international level some with hopes of making it to the Olympics to represent Team USA.

Weightlifting is a valuable and transformative activity that we want parents to understand from the inside out.
As adults age they naturally begin to lose muscle mass and strength. However through weightlifting adults can counteract this natural decline and improve their functional ability and enhance their quality of life.
Weightlifting has been shown to increase metabolic rate, which means that adults who lift regularly (1-3x per week) will experience a higher calorie burn throughout the day making it easier to manage body weight and lose fat.
